We are looking for a results-driven and analytical SEO Analyst with 2+ years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving our online visibility, driving organic traffic, and optimizing website performance through strategic SEO initiatives. The role also includes managing paid digital marketing campaigns such as Google Ads and social media advertising. The candidate should possess strong analytical skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to collaborate effectively with content, design, and development teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Keyword Research & Strategy
Conduct detailed keyword research and competitor analysis.
Identify new growth opportunities and content gaps.
Develop and implement effective SEO strategies aligned with business goals.
2. On-Page SEO Optimization
Perform on-page SEO including meta tags, headings, URL structure, internal linking, and image optimization.
Ensure proper keyword placement and content optimization.
Optimize website speed and mobile responsiveness.
3. Off-Page SEO Activities
Execute link-building strategies, outreach campaigns, and directory submissions.
Build high-quality backlinks to improve domain authority and rankings.
4. Technical SEO
Perform comprehensive technical SEO audits.
Coordinate with the development team to resolve technical issues.
Manage and update Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
Monitor indexing, crawling, and site performance issues.
5. Paid Digital Marketing
Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and Remarketing).
Manage Facebook Ads / Meta Ads and other social media advertising campaigns.
Monitor ad performance, optimize campaigns, and manage budgets effectively.
Track ROI, conversions, and campaign performance metrics.
6. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Track, analyze, and report SEO performance metrics including traffic, rankings, and conversions.
Monitor and improve website rankings on search engines.
Provide actionable insights and regular performance reports to management.
7. Collaboration & Industry Updates
Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams for SEO-driven and paid campaigns.
Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and digital marketing best practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
Any Degree.
Minimum 2+ years of experience as an SEO Analyst or Digital Marketing Executive.
Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
Hands-on experience with SEO tools and analytics platforms.
Experience managing Google Ads and Facebook/Meta Ads campaigns.
Knowledge of technical SEO, website structure, and optimization techniques.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Candidate:
Proven experience managing SEO and paid ad campaigns independently with measurable results.
Experience in handling performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and convert insights into actionable digital marketing strategies.
