As an SEOAnalyst at Adox Global Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our online presence and ensuring high visibility in search engine results. You will be responsible for implementing effective SEO strategies to drive organic traffic, improve rankings, and enhance the overall online performance of our company.

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Keyword Research and Analysis:
Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing
keywords.
Analyze competitor keywords and strategies to stay ahead in the industry.
2. On-Page Optimization:
Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and other on-page elements for search
engines.
Ensure proper URL structures, internal linking, and site navigation for optimal user
experience.
3. Technical SEO:
Identify and resolve technical issues that may impact search engine rankings.
Collaborate with the development team to implement SEO best practices on the
website.
4. Content Creation and Optimization:
Develop and optimize high-quality, SEO-friendly content for the website.
Collaborate with content creators and marketing teams to align content with SEO
goals.
5. Link Building:
Execute effective link-building strategies to improve domain authority and increase
backlinks.
Identify and build relationships with relevant websites for link-building opportunities.
6. Monitoring and Reporting:
Utilize SEO tools to monitor website performance, keyword rankings, and traffic
trends.
Generate regular reports on SEO metrics and provide insights for continuous
improvement.
7. Stay Updated on SEO Trends:
Stay abreast of industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in SEO.
Implement new strategies to adapt to evolving search engine algorithms.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. Experience:
Proven experience as an SEO Analyst or similar role, with a track record of
successful SEO implementations.
3. Technical Skills:
Proficient in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console,
Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and website development.
4. Analytical Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and make informed
decisions.
Ability to analyze competitor strategies and adapt accordingly.
5. Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate SEO insights
effectively.
6. Adaptability:
Ability to adapt to changes in search engine algorithms and industry trends.
Willingness to learn and implement new SEO techniques.

QUALIFICATION

3+ Years of experience.

Proven track record of successful SEO strategies and campaigns.
Experience in managing and leading SEO teams.
2. SEO Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
Proficiency in keyword research, on-page optimization, and off-page optimization
strategies.
Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush,
Moz, or other SEO-related software.
3. Technical Skills:
Strong technical SEO skills, including website structure, crawlability, and indexability.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO.
Ability to identify and resolve technical SEO issues.
