Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls from customers and assist with their queries or issues
  • Provide information about products or services to customers
  • Resolve customer complaints or route them to the appropriate department

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently
  • Follow guidelines and scripts during customer interactions
  • Record call details and customer feedback accurately

  • Meet daily or weekly performance targets for call handling and customer satisfaction
