Senior Visual Designer

Preferred someone who has experience in Catalog senior visual designing

Roles & Responsibilities

Conceptualise and develop brand-oriented creatives across various verticals

Work across the design process from brief to final delivery

Leverage AI-powered design tools to optimise workflows, create variations, and improve speed and efficiencywhile ensuring creative relevance and brand consistency

Create visually strong, consumer-focused assets that highlight product features clearly

Maintain high standards of design quality across all outputs

Manage and guide a small team, providing direction, feedback, and quality oversight

Collaborate closely with team members and cross-functional stakeholders

Work efficiently with external agencies and ensure timely delivery of assets

Stay updated on design trends, tools, and emerging AI capabilities in the creative space

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Skills & Expertise

Strong understanding of design fundamentals including colour, form, typography,

and composition

Excellent attention to detail and a strong eye for quality output

Experience working in an e-commerce setup is preferred

Ability to build strong working relationships within the team and across functions

Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Qualifications & Tools

Relevant experience in graphic design (experience level flexible based on role fit)

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects) and Figma

Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools is a plus

Knowledge of video or 3D tools is a plus
