Role

We are hiring a full-time, on-site Video Editor in Pune.

Your job is not just to cut footage.

Your job is to improve retention, pacing, clarity, and viewer experience.

You will:

• Edit high-volume YouTube long-form videos and Shorts
• Execute clean and consistent color grading
• Create sharp, minimal motion graphics
• Improve hooks, tighten storytelling, and remove fluff
• Work closely with creators and content producers to hit publishing deadlines
• Handle structured, system-driven workflows

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years experience in editing for YouTube or OTT platforms
• Strong understanding of YouTube retention mechanics
• Proven ability to edit for watch time and audience engagement
• Experience with DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro
• Ability to manage multiple edits without quality dropping
• Strong instincts for pacing and visual rhythm
• Portfolio that clearly shows digital-native editing, not cinematic showreels
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-heavy environment

Location

Aundh, Pune

This is an on-site role. Remote is not available.

Compensation

INR 30,000 to INR 42,000 per month, based on skill and consistency.
