Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Video Editor to join our growing creative team in Pune.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, editing, and producing high-quality video content that aligns with brand and campaign objectives. You'll collaborate closely with designers, marketers, and content creators to bring ideas to life through compelling storytelling, dynamic visuals, and seamless post-production execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and produce engaging videos for social media, advertisements, brand campaigns, and client projects.
• Apply color correction, sound design, and motion graphics to enhance visual appeal.
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to translate project briefs into visually impactful content.
• Manage the entire video production process — from raw footage to final delivery.
• Maintain consistency in visual style, tone, and branding across all projects.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, editing software, and industry best practices.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience as a Video Editor / Senior Video Editor (preferably in a marketing agency).
• Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and Photoshop (or equivalent software).
• Strong knowledge of color grading, motion graphics, and sound design.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and storytelling.
• Ability to take feedback constructively and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• A portfolio or showreel showcasing past video editing work is mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Graphic Design, or a related field is a plus.
