Edit high-quality, long-form videos including documentaries, case-studies, educational videos with clear narrative flow and audience engagement in mind.
Work closely with inter-team members & video head to understand the story, structure, and message of each piece.
Integrate motion graphics, typography, visual artwork and visual elements to enhance storytelling and viewer retention.
Manage multiple projects and timelines, ensuring delivery deadlines are met without compromising quality.
Provide creative input on scripting, shot selection, and transitions.
Maintain and organize project files and media assets with best-in-class workflow practices.
Collaborate with junior editors and assist in elevating the overall editing quality within the team.
Experience & Skills:
4-5+ years of hands-on experience in video editing, preferably in documentary, YouTube, or long-form content spaces.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, AI tools and motion graphics workflows.
Excellent storytelling instincts and pacing, especially for digital-first platforms like YouTube.
