- Minimum 4 years of proven experience in video editing, with a strong portfolio demonstrating diverse project execution and creative approach.
- Exceptional visual storytelling abilities with a keen sense of narrative, transitions, pacing, and audience engagement (Mandatory skill).
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, capable of handling complex workflows, multicam editing, and robust color grading (Mandatory skill).
- Expertise in designing and integrating motion graphics to elevate the overall production value and communicate key messages effectively (Mandatory skill).
- Solid grasp of typography principles to enhance the visual hierarchy and clarity in video content across various platforms.
- Understanding of branding elements and the ability to maintain brand consistency and identity throughout all edited materials.
- Practical experience with design tools such as Figma and Canva for creating supplementary content and assets tailored for digital distribution.
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects to develop dynamic visual effects, animation sequences, and compositing as needed by the project requirements.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Edit, assemble, and enhance raw footage into high-quality videos tailored for multiple platforms, maintaining consistency with brand guidelines and objectives.
- Conceptualize and implement compelling visual stories, ensuring each project resonates with the intended target audience and fulfills the brief requirements.
- Design and animate motion graphics and visual effects to enrich storytelling, including overlays, lower thirds, and infographics.
- Collaborate closely with creative, marketing, and branding teams to align project deliverables with overall strategy and messaging.
- Develop and execute typography and branding elements to produce polished, professional video assets across all stages of production.
- Utilize Figma and Canva to create or integrate cartoons, illustrations, and digital assets for cross-platform campaigns and communications.
- Stay updated on industry trends, software updates, and creative best practices, proactively integrating new techniques into projects.
- Manage project timelines, file organization, and archiving, ensuring consistent workflow and timely delivery of all video assets.
