Senior Verification Engineer will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and resolving complex issues while working closely with cross-functional teams. You will contribute to improving overall product quality by developing and implementing test strategies, ensuring seamless integration and system performance. Enhance automation processes and work on advanced networking technologies. Drive efficiency, optimize workflows, and adopt industry best practices to improve system.
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
- Troubleshoot and debug complex networking/customer issues.
- Define and implement test strategies and automation (Python preferred).
- Collaborate with global R&D teams to enhance product quality.
- Gain hands-on experience with WDM, OTN, and packet transport technologies.
- Work with NMS, planning tools, and Unix-based environments.
- Develop expertise in SyncE, Fiber Channel, and network management solutions.
- Learn and apply Agile methodologies and DevOps toolsets (Jira, Jenkins).
- Strengthen leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
You have:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Electronics, Computer Science with 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Expertise in WDM optical transport systems, OTN, and packet transport
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills for complex networks.
- Test automation experience (Python preferred).
- Experience in defining test strategy and planning.
It would be nice if you also had:
- Hands-on experience with Unix environments and DevOps tools (Jira, Jenkins)
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of SyncE, Fiber Channel, and network management tools (preferred).
