Job Description

The Senior UX Designer will drive the design of user-centered experiences for B2B products and corporate solutions. This role involves conducting research, developing design artifacts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that designs are intuitive, accessible, and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

User Research & Analysis

  • Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
  • Develop user personas, journey maps, and experience flows to inform design decisions and product strategy.

Design & Prototyping

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and interaction designs for web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with UI designers to ensure visual consistency and high-quality design standards.
  • Iterate and refine designs based on user feedback, analytics data, and stakeholder input.

Collaboration & Implementation

  • Work closely with developers to ensure smooth implementation of designs.
  • Advocate for user-centered principles in cross-functional discussions and product decisions.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior UX team members when needed.

Continuous Learning & Industry Awareness

  • Stay updated on UX industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices.
  • Ensure designs adhere to usability, accessibility, and corporate standards.

Qualifications & Experience

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Typically 1215+ years of experience as a UX Designer or in a similar role.
  • Proven portfolio demonstrating UX design for B2B products, corporate solutions, and MIS systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience designing for corporate security or policy-management systems.
  • Familiarity with front-end development (HTML/CSS/JS).
  • Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics or Hotjar.
  • Expertise in designing for both web and mobile platforms.
