Seeking a Dynamic UX Designer for a Digital Product Co. in Mumbai.
Job Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Define and drive the UX vision and strategy for complex digital products.
- Partner with client stakeholders, product leads, and business teams to understand user needs, business goals, and market context.
- Translate high-level requirements into design goals that align with business objectives and ROI.
Project Ownership & Delivery
- Lead multiple design workstreams across platforms (web, mobile, enterprise systems).
- Manage timelines, scope, and expectations in collaboration with project managers and developers.
- Ensure high-quality design deliverables that meet usability, aesthetic, and functional standards.
Team Management & Collaboration
- Mentor and guide a team of designers to grow their skills and deliver exceptional work.
- Establish and uphold design standards and review processes.
- Foster a collaborative environment across design, product, and engineering teams.
Design Execution & Excellence
- Lead the creation of user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.
- Conduct and apply user research and testing to inform design iterations.
- Ensure usability and accessibility principles are embedded in the design output.
Client & Stakeholder Communication
- Present design solutions to both internal teams and clients with clarity and impact.
- Translate complex design concepts into language stakeholders understand.
- Collaborate closely with clients to incorporate feedback and align on outcomes.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 58 years of hands-on experience in UX design, with at least 2 years in a Managerial role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX strategy, design systems, and complex product design.
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, prototyping tools, and UX research methods.
- Experience working in agile teams with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong communication and presentation skillsboth verbal and visual.
