Required Qualifications & Core Skills
10+ years of UX/Product Design experience with a strong
mobile app portfolio
- Proven end-to-end UX execution: problem framing, flows/IA, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity UI, handoff
- Strong understanding of design systems: component reuse, pattern thinking, tokens/styles, documentation, governance
- Strong migration UX capability: mapping old new journeys, reducing friction, parity planning, recovery/error states
- Excellent communication & presentation skills: clear storytelling, rationale, trade-offs, stakeholder alignment
- Strong collaboration skills across PM, Engineering, QA, working effectively in agile delivery
- Proficiency in Figma (components/variants, Auto Layout) and prototyping; structured handoff practices
- Strong interaction design craft: states, edge cases, empty/error states, permissions, responsive layouts
- Nice-to-have: basic accessibility awareness and platform guidelines (iOS HIG / Material Design)
