Role Description
We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to join our team in Gurugram. This full-time, hybrid role allows for a combination of office presence and remote working flexibility. The Senior UX Designer will lead UX research and design, craft user-centric experiences, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive digital interactions. Responsibilities include conducting user research, applying design thinking methodologies, developing prototypes, and enhancing the overall user experience to align with business and user needs.
Qualifications
- Strong Design Thinking abilities to craft innovative and effective solutions for user needs.
- Expertise in User Research and User Experience (UX) to deeply understand customer behaviors and pain points.
- Skills in Visual Design for creating aesthetically pleasing and functional designs.
- Experience in Prototyping for testing and validating design concepts effectively.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch, along with knowledge of user testing tools.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
- 5+ years of experience in UX design, preferably in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field.
