Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience with interaction designing in product design or UX design.
- Include a portfolio, website, or any other related link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions).
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in leading design projects.
- Experience with working on consumer-focused and business generation products.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present stories and create alignment with partners and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements, and provide solutions.
- Communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process with wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, or prototypes.
- Integrate user feedback and business requirements into ongoing product experience updates.
- Own and deliver the membership subscription experience, managing the user journey from acquisition and sign-up to continuity.
- Advocate for a User Experience (UX) framework that ensures scalability and drives positive impact on conversion across Google products and platforms.
