- Deliver thoughtful, highquality user experiences by creating customercentered flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction models, and by elevating design craft through clear rationale and strong judgment.
- Lead design excellence across teams by running inclusive design critiques, improving designtoengineering handoffs, clarifying ownership, and advocating for user needs while balancing business, technical, and regulatory realities.
- Serve as the primary UX partner for Indiabased product and engineering teams, translating global UX strategy into actionable team plans, aligning roadmaps, defining success criteria, and representing UX in crossfunctional discussions.
- Drive consistency and quality across products by collaborating with UX leadership and DesignOps to evolve processes, tools, and standards that support scalable, highvelocity design work.
- Leverage AI and automation to enhance workflows and product experiences, using AI tools for research, ideation, prototyping, and documentation, and helping teams identify responsible ways to apply AI that build trust and user value.
- Enable global collaboration and userfocused delivery by building strong crossgeography relationships, facilitating work across time zones, ensuring accessibility and diverse user needs are addressed early, and guiding teams toward pragmatic, outcomedriven decisions.

- Abilities: Proven experience designing complex, enterprisescale products, with strong crossfunctional collaboration skills; the ability to problemsolve within constraints and communicate tradeoffs; comfort working with globally distributed teams; advanced proficiency in modern design tools (such as Figma); a datainformed approach to design using research and analytics; working knowledge of design systems, responsive design, and frontend technologies; and a portfolio demonstrating strong information architecture, problemsolving, and user impact.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in UX, product design, or interaction design.
