Overview
Design experiences for acquisition, care or product across all platforms using a variety of graphics software applications, techniques, and tools. Designs, prototypes and develops user interface features, site animation, and special effects elements to both communicate and move a user efficiently and effortlessly through tasks and experiences. Analyzes strategy and contributes to the design groups efforts to enhance the look and feel of the organization's digital offerings.
Key qualifications include:
- Experience in designing software or mobile applications, with enterprise applications as a bonus.
- Proficiency in creating responsive web layouts and designing for cross-channel experiences.
- Ability to create components and interactive prototypes using Figma or Adobe XD.
- Comfort in collaborating with various business partners to achieve outcomes.
- Familiarity with design and prototyping tools such as Sketch and/or Figma.
- Understanding of established design systems and the software development lifecycle, including coding.
- Experience in product development from inception to release.

- Applying advanced knowledge of UX design principles to manage multiple large-scale projects.
- Developing Aezion design processes and resources.
- Simplifying complex business workflows into user-friendly experiences.
- Collaborating with enterprise partners to innovate interface and interaction patterns.
- Gathering user feedback and feature requests in collaboration with product and customer success teams.
- Advocating for customer needs through human-centered design methodologies.
- Contributing to style guides, iconography, and infographics.
