This is not a surface-level UI role. You will be responsible for shaping sophisticated, data-heavy, AI-powered workflows and making them seamless, intuitive, and empowering for non-technical users. You will work at the intersection of product strategy, engineering complexity, and user clarity.
You'll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, product marketers, data scientists, and fellow designers to define and deliver best-in-class user experiences for enterprise customers.
Responsibilities
- Lead Complex Product Design
- Own end-to-end design for high-impact, technically complex features.
- Translate intricate flows, AI models, and data workflows into clear, elegant user experiences.
- Design multi-step flows, configuration systems, experimentation tools, and analytics dashboards with clarity and precision.
- Drive Strategic Thinking
- Partner with Product to define user problems, shape feature direction, and influence roadmap decisions.
- Balance business goals, technical constraints, and user needs to propose thoughtful design solutions.
- Contribute to product vision and long-term UX strategy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work deeply with engineers to understand system architecture and constraints.
- Align with product marketing on positioning, usability, and customer adoption flows.
- Mentor and collaborate with other designers to elevate overall design quality.
- Research & Validation
- Collaborate with the Marketing, Sales and Customer Impact team to identify areas of friction and opportunity, and improve Auxia's product through great UX.
- Identify friction in complex workflows and iterate toward simplification.
- Use data and qualitative feedback to refine and improve experiences.
- Design Systems & Craft
- Deliver high-fidelity designs with strong attention to interaction details and visual design polish.
- Evolve and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries.
- Ensure consistency across features and platforms.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design,
- A strong portfolio demonstrating complex web application design.
- Strong proficiency in Figma.
- Experience designing for web platforms.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and responsive design.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex features independently from discovery to delivery.
- Experience collaborating with engineers, data teams, product managers or similar cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design rationale clearly.
- Ownership mindset, strategic thinking, and exceptional attention to detail.
Nice to Have
- Experience designing data-heavy, workflow-driven, or technically sophisticated products.
- Experience simplifying complex systems for non-technical or semi-technical users.
- Experience designing AI-powered or experimentation platforms.
- Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise tools.
- Experience contributing to design leadership.
