Manage 3 rd party vendors to branding guidelines
Customer Success Team Support
Create graphic concepts designs for client engagement and educational materials for clients
Product Management Team Support
Align branding guidelines to current digital product offerings
Partner with the UX/UI design team for Digital Product Artifacts.
Review creative design artifacts for accuracy and adapt them based on project team feedback.
Manage the Company Branding Road for marketing, sales, product and customer success.
Ensure creative design artifacts across all company digital, print and product properties are cohesive and on-brand.
Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and have flexibility.
Requirements:
3-6 years of graphic, web and social media design experience
Strong portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects and campaigns
Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, color theory, web limitations, etc.
Exceptional skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Adobe Photo Shop, Adobe Illustrator for creating design artifacts for multiple media channels (print, web, social and video)
Additional Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Canva, Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe After Effects and Adobe Primer)
A keen eye for aesthetics, style and details
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
Digital, advertising or public relations agency experience is a requirement
Degree in graphics design, interactive design, multimedia or hands-on work experience related fields is a plus
