About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Technical Recruiter with strong stakeholder management and client handling experience, preferably from an RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) background. The role involves managing end-to-end technical hiring while acting as a key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless recruitment delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end technical recruitment across roles such as Software Engineers, QA, DevOps, Data Engineers, etc.
- Act as a primary interface between clients, hiring managers, and internal teams
- Understand client requirements, hiring goals, and workforce planning needs
- Drive recruitment delivery in an RPO environment, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met
- Source candidates using multiple channels (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking)
- Conduct screening calls to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with stakeholders and clients
- Provide regular updates, reports, and hiring insights to clients
- Manage offer negotiations, onboarding coordination, and candidate engagement
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure long-term collaboration
- Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience in technical recruitment
- Hands-on experience in stakeholder management and client-facing roles
- Experience working in an RPO or consulting/staffing environment
- Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies (Java, .NET, Cloud, etc.)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize hiring needs
- Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment metrics
