Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter specializing in US Full-Time (W2/FTE) hiring for large System Integrator (SI) and enterprise clients. The recruiter will manage end-to-end US recruitment, focusing exclusively on permanent roles, while ensuring compliance with US hiring standards, strong stakeholder coordination, and consistent delivery against hiring targets.
This role requires strong understanding of the complete US geography, time zones, work authorization categories, and enterprise hiring practices.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End US FTE Recruitment
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for US full-time/W2 positions: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and closures
- Work closely with Account Managers and Client Partners to understand SI and enterprise hiring requirements
- Handle high-volume and niche IT roles across multiple US locations
Sourcing & Talent Pipeline
- Source candidates using US job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and networking
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of W2/FTE-ready candidates
- Ensure candidate alignment with client, location, and compensation expectations
Screening & Candidate Evaluation
- Conduct initial technical and behavioral screenings
- Validate US work authorization (US Citizen, GC, GC-EAD, H4-EAD, etc.)
- Assess candidate readiness for direct client interviews with large SIs
Client & Interview Management
- Submit high-quality, well-screened profiles aligned with client requirements
- Coordinate interviews across US time zones and follow up for timely feedback
- Drive candidates through multiple interview rounds to final selection
ATS, Reporting & Compliance
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in ATS/CRM systems
- Track submissions, interviews, offers, and closures
- Prepare weekly recruitment metrics and reports
- Ensure process adherence and data accuracy
Candidate Experience & Closures
- Maintain strong candidate engagement to minimize drop-offs
- Guide candidates through offer discussions and joining formalities
- Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the process
