Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete recruitment life cycle for US clients (sourcing to onboarding).
- Work with different employment types C2C, W2, and 1099.
- Source candidates through Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Screen and evaluate candidates for technical fit, communication skills, and availability.
- Negotiate rates/salaries and finalize offers with candidates and vendors.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
- Have a good understanding of US visa types (US Citizen, GC, H1B, OPT, CPT, TN).
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in US IT Staffing and US tax terms (C2C, W2, 1099).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with ATS (Ceipal) and major job boards.
- Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
- Minimum educational qualification Graduation is mandatory.
