Job Description
Core Responsibilities:
Conduct User Research: Plan and execute user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to understand our users needs, pain points, and workflows related to data quality.
Design & Prototype: Create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes for key features of the platform, including dashboards, data validation rules, and reporting tools.
Collaborate on a Solution: Work closely with product managers, data analyst, and engineers to translate user requirements and technical constraints into elegant design solutions.
Iterate and Refine: Use feedback from users and internal stakeholders to continuously improve designs and ensure a user-centered approach.
Maintain Design Consistency: Contribute to and utilize our design system to ensure a cohesive and consistent user experience across the entire platform.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven UX Expertise:
- A strong portfolio showcasing your end-to-end design process, from research to final high-fidelity mockups.
- Experience with data-heavy applications, dashboards, or B2B/enterprise software is a significant plus.
Proficiency with Design Tools: Expertise in modern design and prototyping tools like Figma or Sketch.
User-Centered Mindset: A deep understanding of user-centered design principles and a passion for solving complex problems.
Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
