About This Role
The Senior UI/UX Designer will be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing game UI and related features. They will collaborate closely with game artists, developers, and product managers to shape the look and feel of our games. Their expertise in user experience, interaction design, and game UI will be key to enhancing player engagement and retention.
What You'll Be Doing
- Design game UIUX and related features that enhance user engagement and usability
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for mobile and desktop platforms
- Define and maintain UX patterns (navigation, modals, stories, missions, toasts, tooltips) to ensure consistency
- Develop intuitive user flows that provide a seamless gaming experience
- Work closely with game artists, developers, and product team to ensure smooth implementation of UI/UX designs
- Conduct user research, A/B testing, and usability analysis to refine designs based on player/management feedback
- Analyze player behavior and funnels to identify UX opportunities
- Maintain a level of design consistency in the games
- Stay updated with the latest trends in game design, interaction design, and real-money gaming UI
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in the gaming industry
- Strong portfolio showcasing game UI, mobile-first design, and interactive elements
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Suite
- Deep understanding of player psychology, usability principles, and game mechanics
- Experience in designing for real money gaming, casino games, or interactive gaming platforms is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple projects
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
