Senior UI/UX Designer

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer (SR1) to join our team at Spark Eighteen. The ideal candidate is a skilled and passionate designer who thrives on creating intuitive, scalable, and responsive user experiences for enterprise-level products.

In this role, you will take ownership of designing high-quality user interfaces and experiences from concept to execution, working closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders. You will play a key role in translating complex product requirements into user-centric design solutions, collaborating with US-based clients, and championing best practices in UI/UX design across the organization.

• 35 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design roles

• Expert proficiency in Figma across all stages of the design process, from ideation to final hand-off

• Strong experience designing user flows, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes

• Proven experience in designing scalable and responsive UI/UX solutions across multiple devices and screen sizes

• Experience working on enterprise and SaaS applications

• Demonstrable experience collaborating with US-based clients, with a strong understanding of their market expectations and design standards

• A strong portfolio showcasing scalable, responsive, and high-quality design solutions

• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design

• Experience conducting usability testing and incorporating feedback into iterative design improvements

• Familiarity with accessibility basics, including WCAG guidelines, and the ability to implement inclusive design practices

• Experience contributing to, maintaining, or working with a design system to ensure consistency across products

• Ability to present and clearly articulate design concepts, rationale, and decisions to internal teams and clients

• High ownership mindset with a proactive approach to delivering polished user experiences

• Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams

• Capability to manage multiple design tasks simultaneously and meet project deadlines

• Willingness to participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback

• Strong interest in staying updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and industry best practices

• Exposure to building B2B SaaS products, preferably within the healthcare domain

• Experience with user research methodologies and research tools & familiarity with motion graphics or UI animations

• Basic understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to enable better collaboration with developers
