Description
We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Product Designer to join our dynamic team in India. In this role, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences for our products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and translate them into innovative design solutions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance the product's usability and functionality.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and user flows.
- Design and maintain a cohesive design system that ensures consistency across products.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design and apply them to improve our products.
- Mentor junior designers and lead design reviews to ensure high-quality outputs.
Skills and Qualifications
- 7-8 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a product-based company.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design techniques.
- Ability to conduct usability testing and analyze user feedback effectively.
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to articulate design concepts and rationale clearly to stakeholders.
