Senior UI/UX Designer

Position Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within an agency or fast-paced design environment and possess a deep understanding of user research, wireframing, prototyping, motion graphics, and interactive UI animations. As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, scalable, and high-performance digital experiences for web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

User Research Experience Strategy:

• Conduct user research, surveys, and stakeholder interviews to identify pain points, needs, and behaviors.
• Develop user personas, journey maps, and user flows to inform design decisions.
• Perform heuristic evaluations to identify usability gaps and areas for improvement.
• Use data-driven insights to continuously refine designs and enhance user experience.

UX Interaction Design:

• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct usability testing to validate design decisions and iterate based on user feedback.
• Develop design systems and style guides to ensure design consistency and scalability across products.
• Ensure adherence to accessibility standards (WCAG) and best usability practices.

UI Motion Design:

• Design visually appealing interfaces with a focus on clarity, typography, and interaction design.
• Implement GSAP animations, micro-interactions, and motion graphics to engage users.
• Create interactive prototypes that demonstrate UI animations, transitions, and user interactions.

Basic Qualifications

• Master s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar UI/UX design role, ideally within an agency or fast-paced design environment.
• Solid portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills, including UX research, wireframing, interaction design, and motion graphics.
• Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale and user insights to stakeholders.
• Experience with prototyping tools (e.g., InVision, Figma, Axure, etc.) and design systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in UI/UX design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• In-depth knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their impact on UI/UX design.
• Experience with motion design tools (e.g., After Effects, Principle, or similar).
• Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, managing multiple design projects.
• Knowledge of web and mobile accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design best practices.
• Experience in designing for both desktop and mobile-first experiences.
