Position Overview: We are seeking a talented UI/UX Expert with 5-7 years of experience to join our product development team. As a UI/UX designer, you will play a crucial role in designing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for our mobile and web applications. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create seamless user experiences that delight our customers and drive engagement.

Responsibilities:

Lead the UI/UX design process from concept to implementation for our mobile app, ensuring a cohesive and visually appealing user interface.

Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to gather insights and identify user needs, preferences, and pain points.

Develop wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups to communicate design concepts and interaction flows effectively.

Create user personas, journey maps, and other design artifacts to inform decision-making and drive design solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements and user feedback into actionable design solutions.

Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design to continuously improve our product experience.

Advocate for user-centered design principles and champion the importance of usability and accessibility throughout the organization.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or master's degree in design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field.

5-7 years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing mobile app projects and design solutions.

Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar software.

Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and interaction design principles.

Experience with user research methodologies, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.

Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale effectively.

Familiarity with agile development methodologies and experience working in cross-functional Agile teams.

Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
