- Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
- Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
- Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
- Conduct UX research to inform design decisions and strategy.
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to develop design concepts.
- Develop and refine design systems to ensure consistency and efficiency in our product design process.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure that design specifications are implemented.
- Participate in regular design reviews and other team-wide design efforts.
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
- Create visually appealing and creative designs that align with the brand and enhance user engagement.
- Provide guidance on the implementation of UX research techniques and testing activities to analyze and predict user behavior.
- Adhere to style standards on typography and graphic design.

- High-fidelity and Low-fidelity prototypes & mockups for web, mobile, and tablet applications.
- A comprehensive design system that includes design tokens, components, and patterns.
- Detailed user research reports and actionable insights.
- Engaging presentations and design pitches for both internal stakeholders and clients.
- Design specifications and standards for developers to follow during the build process.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates a passion for visual design and an understanding of user experience design.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, MIRO, and Usability Testing Platforms.
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
- Ability to present and defend design decisions to teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in creating design systems and standardizing UI components across a range of platforms.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment with other designers, product managers, and developers.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and familiarity with technical constraints and limitations as they apply to designing for platforms such as desktop and mobile.
- The ability to communicate effectively in a cross-functional product development team and present ideas and designs effectively.
