Senior Test Engineer

Role : Senior Test engineer - DMS

Roles and Responsibility :

1. Functional Testing of DMS Modules Perform detailed module-wise testing across the DMS platform, including: Lead Management System Validate lead creation, updates, journey initiation, verification, and all lead status transitions (Interested, Not Interested, Invalid, Not Contactable) based on source types such as Self-created, Bank CRM, Net Banking, and ECM campaigns. Lead to Issuance (L2i) Dashboard Verify lead movement post Start Journey and policy application visibility. Recruitment & Win PTE Modules Validate onboarding for Agents, Leaders, and PTE employees. App Tracker Ensure correct visibility of leads pending issuance along with necessary validations. RNR (Rewards & Recognition) Test contest progress, reward eligibility, and business performance tracking. Commission & Earnings Validate accurate commission calculations and earnings display for agents/leaders. Renewals, Quotes, Profile, Activity & Reports Modules Validate renewals data, quote generation, profile updates, scheduled activities, and various business reports.

2. End-to-End Workflow Validation Perform end-to-end testing of the Lead Journey Start Policy Issuance Commissions & Renewals flow.

Ensure functional consistency across different insurance sales channels.

3. Cross Functional Coordination Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, PMO, and UAT teams for requirement clarity. Participate in defect triage calls, daily stand-ups, and sprint ceremonies.

4. Test Documentation Create and maintain test scenarios, test cases, RTM, defect logs, and test summary reports. Ensure adherence to testing best practices and maintain module-wise test coverage. Required Skills & Experience

Must Have 3–5 years of Manual Testing experience.

Hands on experience with Life Insurance DMS or related systems. Strong understanding of modules like Lead Mgmt, App Tracker, L2i, Recruitment, RNR, Renewals, Quotes, Activities, Reports. Experience in functional, regression, and integration
