Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test strategies across applications and systems
- Develop and maintain functional, regression, integration, and performance test cases
- Identify, document, and track defects through resolution
- Collaborate closely with development and product teams throughout the software lifecycle
- Drive automation initiatives and improve test coverage across platforms
- Review requirements and provide quality-focused feedback during planning stages
- Troubleshoot production issues and validate fixes before deployment
- Maintain testing documentation, reports, and quality metrics
- Support continuous improvement of testing processes, frameworks, and methodologies
- Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team

Experience & Qualifications
