At IT Services, we are passionate about modern technologies. Our Self Service Solutions team is continuously expanding. We are looking for aDevelopment Lead. In our diverse environment you can always grow depending on your qualification level.

We are working in an agile way. This means that our teams are completely product oriented, have end to end responsibility both for the product in development and in production. We are looking for apassionate Senior Test Engineer with a strong coding backgroundand adeveloper mindset. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience inJava, Object-Oriented Programming, and modern testing practices, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You are a technology enthusiast who believes inquality-first engineering, automation, and continuous improvement. You should be comfortable working independently, managing priorities, and collaborating with global teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintaintest automation frameworksusing Java
ApplyObject-Oriented Programming principlesto build scalable and maintainable test solutions
Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensurehigh-quality deliverables
Participate inrequirement analysis, test design, and test strategy definition
Ensuretest coverage across APIs, backend systems, and integrations
Integrate automated tests intoCI/CD pipelines
Identify, debug, and track defects with a strong focus onroot cause analysis
Drivequality engineering practicesand promote aDev-critical mindsetwithin the team
Contribute tocode reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
Work closely with global teams (including Germany) in a distributed environment

Professional Requirements:

Strong knowledge ofObject-Oriented Programming (OOP)
Hands-on experience inJava development and test automation
Strong experience withGit/version control systems
Solid understanding ofAPI testing and backend validation
Experience withtest frameworks and automation tools
Exposure toCI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Minimum5+ years of experiencein testing/automation
Experience working inagile and internatio nal environments

Experience withMS SQL Server / MariaDB
Exposure tovirtualization or containerization (Docker, etc.)
Hands-on experience withOctane / Jira
Experience inperformance or security testing
