Senior Technical Sales Manager

Role Description:

We are well-established in the North region and are now building our presence in the West zone from the ground up. We seek a candidate with strong regional exposure, a solid network, and the ability to independently take ownership and drive business growth in this market.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to connect effectively with clients and provide excellent support.
• Proficiency in Business Planning and ability to strategize and execute sales initiatives to achieve targets.
• Experience in Sales and the confidence to present advanced solutions to a diverse customer base.
• Ability to deliver Training and guide clients on product utilization effectively.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales performances and knowledge of the specialty chemical or textile industry is advantageous.

Strong hands-on knowledge of:

• Pre-Treatment processes
• Desizing
• Bio-Polishing
• Finishing (Primarily )

Area of Work – West Zone:

Manage sales across Maharashtra, Gujarat, and nearby regions, focusing on client acquisition and business development.

Qualification:

• B.Tech / M.Tech in Textile Chemistry (Post-graduation preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in sales within the textile chemical industry.
