Job Title: Researcher
Location: Bangalore OR Mumbai
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Researcher with strong research and market intelligence capabilities to support Talent Acquisition projects through data-driven insights and talent mapping.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client requirements and extract relevant keywords from job descriptions.
- Create advanced Boolean search strings across platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Google, and X-Ray search.
- Conduct market research and talent landscaping using public and private databases.
- Deliver insights on talent availability, location mapping, gender diversity, competitor analysis, and salary benchmarks.
- Convert research findings into clear, visually compelling presentations and actionable insights.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in sourcing, recruitment, headhunting, or research.
- Strong expertise in Boolean search and online candidate sourcing.
- Good understanding of industries, job roles, and talent market trends.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint tools for storytelling through infographics.
- Analytical mindset with strong storytelling and presentation skills.
Note: Training will be provided; however, prior experience in search string creation, infographics and online sourcing is essential
