We are looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated freshers who are eager to kick-start their careers in US recruitment. You'll receive training and hands-on experience in various aspects of US staffing and recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the complete IT recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
Source and engage candidates via job boards, social media platforms, and networking channels
Implement headhunting strategies aligned with current industry trends
Collaborate with the team and maintain effective communication at all levels
Ensure compliance with client requirements and internal processes

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in US Staffing. (IT Domain) with Direct clients
Proven expertise in W2 recruitment, H1B transfers, and Green Card (GC) processes
Excellent negotiation and candidate engagement skills
In-depth knowledge of US staffing terminology and rate negotiation
Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Strong communication, networking, and social media engagement skills (non-negotiable)
Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Requirements:

We work only with direct clients (no implementation partners)
Experience with MSPs will be considered
We hire strictly for W2 positions and IT requirements
We handle H1 transfers, so candidates with strong experience in H1 transfer cases are preferred
Strong communication skills are non-negotiable
