We are looking for a senior recruiter with strong experience in both IT and non-IT recruitment. The role involves managing end-to-end hiring across technology and business functions while working closely with clients, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle full-cycle recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles
- IT hiring: Software, Hardware, AI/ML, Data, VLSI, Cloud, QA, DevOps, etc.
- Non-IT hiring: Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, Operations, Admin, Support roles
- Understand job requirements and define sourcing strategies
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking
- Screen candidates for skills, experience, and culture fit
- Coordinate interviews and manage feedback loops
- Drive offer negotiation, closures, and onboarding support
- Maintain ATS, trackers, and recruitment metrics
- Mentor junior recruiters and support team targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 3+ years of recruitment experience (IT + Non-IT)
- Strong knowledge of technical and functional hiring
- Expertise in LinkedIn sourcing, Boolean search, and job portals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and priorities

- Experience in staffing/consulting environment
- Client-handling and stakeholder management experience
