Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Recruiter with a strong background in sourcing and closing complex IT roles. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in recruiting for technical positions across software development, data engineering, cloud, DevOps, QA, AI/ML, and enterprise platforms.

This role requires a proactive, ownership-driven recruiter who can independently manage end-to-end hiring, partner closely with onshore teams and hiring managers, and consistently deliver high-quality candidates within tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT roles including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and offer negotiation.
  • Recruit for a wide range of technical roles such as:
  • Software Developers (Java, Python, .NET, Frontend/Full Stack)
  • Data Engineers / Data Architects
  • DevOps / Cloud Engineers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • QA Automation Engineers
  • Business Analysts / Scrum Masters
  • AI/ML Engineers
  • Understand technical job descriptions and break down core vs. secondary skill requirements.
  • Conduct technical pre-screening calls to validate candidate experience, depth of knowledge, and communication skills.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, internal databases, referrals, and networking.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide market insights.
  • Ensure candidate experience is positive and professional throughout the hiring process.
  • Track and manage candidate pipeline using ATS/CRM systems.
  • Meet weekly and monthly submission, interview, and closure targets.
  • Maintain compliance with client submission standards and documentation requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably supporting US/Global clients.
  • Strong experience hiring for IT and engineering roles across multiple technology stacks.
  • Proven ability to understand technical skills and differentiate between strong and weak profiles.
  • Experience working with MSP/VMS platforms (e.g., Beeline.) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written English).
  • Strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority roles simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with offshore recruitment models.
  • Prior experience supporting clients in Data Engineering, Cloud, or AI domains.
  • Strong understanding of rate negotiations, C2C/W2 models, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience mentoring junior recruiters.
  • Familiarity with ATS tools like Ceipal and recruitment analytics.
