As part of Qualcomm's Talent Acquisition (TA) team, you will contribute to initiatives that will enhance the overall candidate experience and serve as a talent advisor to the business and our team. This role will focus on the end-to-end recruiting cycle and sourcing to identify, engage, and hire qualified candidates. The Talent Acquisition team incorporates industry best practices in recruiting that align with corporate objectives, workflows, and processes while considering business, industry, legal, and compliance factors to enable TA solutions.

Responsibilities
- Leverages knowledge and principles of TA programs, policies, processes, labor laws (where applicable), interviewing, compensation, negotiation, business, and industry factors to compliantly source, recruit, hire, onboard, transfer, and disposition candidates.
- Pulls appropriate reports for data-based engagement discussions and proactively communicates requisition-level hiring status and updates to hiring managers; reviews personal data metrics to evaluate own role within the department's performance metrics.
- Collaborates and develops effective working relationships with partners within and outside team to accomplish mutual goals (e.g., attract top talent, ensure legal compliance, align with business objectives, etc.).
- Applies understanding of tools (e.g., Sourcing Platforms, ATS, CRM) and strategies to build a small network in order to quickly identify and hire qualified candidates for multiple workstreams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Humanities, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
- 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in the technology industry.
- 2+ years of work experience in one or more of the following areas: ATS (i.e., Workday), labor and employment relations, interviewing, compensation, benefits, sourcing, talent acquisition metrics, program management, designing and implementing process improvements, and strategic workforce planning.
- 1+ year of work experience in a global matrixed organization.
