Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented US IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for our US-based clients. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals across various technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and clients
- Negotiate salary/rates and close positions
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
- Ensure timely submissions and closures
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of US IT recruitment
- Hands-on experience with job portals (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Good knowledge of visa types (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in working with direct clients / implementation partners
- Strong negotiation and closure skills
- Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously
