Core Responsibilities:
- Should act as a Talent Advisor & partner with stakeholders to understand the hiring needs. Discuss and agree on the skill requirement & behavioral competencies needed for success in each role by conducting detailed Job Intake sessions.
- Attract top talent via creative sourcing, networking, soliciting internal referrals, participating in events to reach out to qualified pool of potential candidates.
- Partner with Hiring Managers to develop a detailed profile of target candidates with data-driven advice on the range of logical possibilities.
- Promote Concentrix as an employer of choice & builds out talent networks through a diverse mix of sources.
- Conduct Market Mapping for open positions & develop competitive intelligence on key talent availability.
- Assist with recommendations to hiring manager on candidate hire & partner with appropriate stakeholders to offer competitive compensation packages / Benefits and facilitate negotiation with candidates
- Manage post offer candidate engagement to ensure seamless onboarding.
- Should be able to multitask, plan and be self-organized to ensure multiple requirements are catered to with quality pipeline and customer engagement across all open positions
- Conduct initial screening interviews, telephone interviews, and/or face-to-face interviews with prospective applicants.
- Ensure the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process, working within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Maintain consistent standards for all applicants and ensure compliance with all local rules and regulations related to hiring and recruiting.

Skills Required
- Bachelors/Master's degree with 8-11 years of experience in Core Tech recruiting.
- Must have minimum 4+ Yrs of experience in Tech Leadership Hiring.
- Should have prior experience in hiring Platform / Product Engineering & Data Analytics space.
- Partner closely with stakeholders and business leaders to brainstorm, collaborate, and drive new ideas forward.
- Excellent Communication, Articulation & offer Negotiation skills.
- Must have hands experience in Sourcing skills ; specially through Social Media & unconventional channels like X-ray & Platforms like GitHub, Stackoverflow , Kaggle etc
- Strong knowledge of competitive landscape, ability to research and equip Hiring managers with talent market insights / reports
