Job Description

Drive the successful delivery of AI-driven products by managing complex, cross-functional programs, working closely with Engineering teams to ensure seamless software development and release cycles.
Oversee technical aspects of projects, ensuring smooth execution and delivery of functionalities while collaborating with Product Management to define strategy, requirements, and success metrics.
Anticipate bottlenecks, manage risks, and proactively resolve issues to ensure timely delivery, and deliver exceptional user experiences.
Maintain and improve program tracking systems, publish progress reports, and ensure transparent communication across stakeholders.
Optimize trade-offs to balance business needs with technical constraints while achieving organizational OKRs.
Lead program reviews, drive alignment across teams, and propose solutions to ensure continuous improvements in program management processes, shaping the direction of our shared services.
