Senior Technical Program Manager

Dynamic Yield is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to drive critical IT programs and projects. This role demands strong program ownership, a focus on roadmap execution, and exceptional cross-functional collaboration to enable data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will be adept in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, proficient in stakeholder management, and capable of leading initiatives from planning to completion, utilizing tools like ALM.

The Role

As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will:

• Program & Project Leadership: Take ownership of IT programs and projects, ensuring they are planned, organized, and directed efficiently.
• Scope & Deadlines: Define project scope, monitor progress, and set realistic deadlines to ensure projects are on time, on budget, and within scope.
• Methodology Expertise: Apply expertise in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies (e.g., leading Scrum calls) to fit project needs.
• Risk Management: Proactively manage Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies (RAIDs).
• Stakeholder Management: Ensure high stakeholder satisfaction through effective communication and robust project governance.
• Reporting: Provide clear and timely status reports to all relevant parties.

All About You

• Experience: 6+ years of experience in IT Program and Project Management.
• Education/Certifications: Preferred engineering background with PMP/Prince2 certification.
• Qualities: Proactive, self-driven, flexible, and outcome-oriented.
• Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively within functional teams and familiarity with the Global Delivery Model.
