Job Description
Own day to day operations and continuous improvement of the Engineering Applications portfolio covering Autodesk OOB, non Autodesk OOB, and custom-built apps by leading an L2/L3 support team, ensuring SLA adherence, incident/problem/change management excellence, and acting as the primary client facing contact for service health and roadmap alignment. Drive stability, performance, and usability through structured releases, proactive problem elimination, and cross functional coordination with infra, security, and product/engineering teams. Oversee incident, request, problem, and change processes (ITIL-aligned) for engineering apps; ensure triage quality, timely RCA, and preventive actions. ead and mentor a blended team (app specialists, developers, and SMEs) handling break fix, config, integrations, and minor enhancements; define on call and shift rosters. Familiarity with JIRA/Service now. Experience with PLM/PDM platforms (Autodesk Vault/PLM, Teamcenter, Windchill, ENOVIA)
