About The Role
Weʼre looking for an enthusiastic Project Coordinator Intern whoʼs excited to learn how things get built in a startup — from idea to launch. Youʼll work closely with founders, tech leads, and designers to help drive projects forward, organize sprints, track deliverables, and make sure everyone stays aligned. This is a hands-on role where youʼll get exposure to real startup challenges, work on live products, and help keep things running smoothly across multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and managing project timelines, goals, and deliverables across product and tech teams.
- Maintain and update task trackers, ensuring clarity on progress and ownership.
- Help coordinate team meetings, sprint planning, retrospectives, and follow-ups.
- Document project updates, client requirements, and meeting summaries in tools like Notion, Jira, or MS workspace.
- Support cross-functional collaboration between development, design, marketing, and business.
- Identify potential blockers early and communicate them to the team or founders.
- Contribute ideas to improve workflow efficiency and team coordination.
- Assist in preparing status reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
What Weʼre Looking For
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelorʼs or Masterʼs degree in Management, Engineering.
- Should have some technical background (IT, CS)
- Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities can shift quickly.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Familiarity with project management or collaboration tools (Notion, Teams, MS Workspace).
- Basic understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- A proactive learner who can take initiative and solve problems independently.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience or coursework in project coordination, operations, management.
- Understanding of startup culture and the ability to adapt quickly.
- Interest in technology, product development, or user experience.
