Technical Skills
8+ years hands-on experience with Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) configuration and implementation.
Strong expertise in Icertis Smart Rules, ,Smart Clauses, Contract templates, Workflow builder, Obligation & milestone management, Permissions, security roles, and business rules
Strong functional and technical understanding of Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud). Proficiency in integrating ICI with SF via: Icertis API / REST integration Salesforce Apex APIs Integration middleware (MuleSoft, Boomi, Azure, etc.) Experience working with JSON, XML, Postman, Web Services. Ability to design complex workflow and data-mapping structures.
Functional Skills
Deep understanding of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes. Experience with sales processes: Opportunity, Quote, Account, and Contract creation. Ability to translate business requirements into scalable CLM/CRM solutions. Familiarity with compliance requirements (SOX, GDPR, audit logs, etc.).
Soft Skills Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. Analytical thinker with problem-solving attitude. Ability to work in a cross-functional, global team environment.
