Lead Integration Engineer

• Evaluate integration architecture and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and organizational needs.

• Define design options, assess project constraints, and propose process re-engineering if required.

• Prepare and review integration documentation such as Integration Strategy, Design Documents, Test Strategy, and Work Instructions.

• Conduct solution walkthroughs in forums including Business Playback, Architecture Review Board, and Design Review.

• Guide development teams throughout project lifecycle and provide post-implementation support during Hypercare.

• Continuously research emerging technologies, apply continuous improvement practices, and document best practices.
