Senior Technical lead - BIM

Key Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of BIM standards, workflows, and execution strategies across project teams and stakeholders.
• Develop and manage BIM Execution Plans in coordination with lead architects and clients, ensuring alignment with MEP requirements.
• Oversee development of detailed 3D BIM models ensuring design intent, accuracy, and compliance with industry standards.
• Facilitate interdisciplinary coordination between MEP, structural, and architectural teams using BIM platforms.
• Perform clash detection and resolution using BIM tools to eliminate design conflicts before construction.
• Manage BIM data integrity, ensuring models are accurate, updated, and accessible to all stakeholders.
• Generate construction documentation, drawings, and specifications directly from BIM models.
• Implement quality control processes for model validation, accuracy, and compliance with project standards.
• Provide training, mentoring, and technical support to junior BIM modelers and team members.
• Assist in workload distribution, resource optimization, and improving BIM team productivity.
• Support development and implementation of drafting and modeling standards within the team.
• Coordinate with project managers and engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of BIM outputs.
• Stay updated with latest BIM technologies, tools, standards, and industry advancements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, BIM protocols, and organizational procedures.
• Prepare BOQ and support quantity extraction from BIM models where required.
