Job Description

Lead BIM implementation and coordination activities across complex, multi-disciplinary MEP projects
Act as the key technical point of contact for project delivery, ensuring quality and compliance with international standards
Drive adoption of BIM processes, standards, and best practices across project teams and stakeholders
Facilitate collaboration between architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure seamless data exchange
Oversee development and management of detailed 3D BIM models aligned with design intent and global standards
Perform clash detection using tools like Navisworks and proactively resolve design conflicts
Generate and review construction documentation derived from BIM models ensuring accuracy and compliance
Manage BIM data, ensuring models are accurate, up-to-date, and meet QA/QC requirements
Develop, review, and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEP) in coordination with clients and design teams
Lead coordination of design deliverables, drawings, and reports with engineers and project managers
Mentor and train junior BIM staff, fostering team development and technical excellence
Support resource planning, workload distribution, and productivity improvement within the BIM team
Ensure compliance with BIM/CAD standards, engineering regulations, and latest technological advancements
Participate in client meetings, presentations, and proposal preparation activities
Deliver projects across all design stages including concept, schematic, detailed design, and GFC documentation
Work efficiently in dynamic environments with multiple deadlines and project deliverables
