Role Overview:
Looking for a Senior Technical Lead / Architect to support
Horus Finance / Heka Finance initiatives, including:
- Migration of digital platforms to the India team
- Definition of target architecture for group digital assets
- Technical leadership and mentoring of junior and mid-level developers
Context:
- Migration of PHP/Laravel-based platforms, logistics, e-commerce modules, and e-learning features to India
- Global digital platform initiative to industrialize e-commerce sites, LMS, and corporate websites
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and lead scalable technical architecture
- Mentor and guide engineering teams in India
- Ensure code quality, best practices, and governance
- Review system design, documentation, and technical decisions
- Coordinate across global teams (France & India)
- Support setup of tools, processes, and delivery frameworks
Requirements
Required Skills & Experience:
Technical:
- Strong expertise in PHP / Laravel
- Proven experience as a Technical Lead / Architect
- Solid understanding of web architectures, APIs, modular systems
- Experience with CI/CD, DevOps tools, and scalable platform development
Soft Skills:
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
- Effective communication and stakeholder collaboration
- Ability to drive technical decisions and challenge constructively
Profile:
- 10+ years of experience with leadership exposure
- Experience working with distributed/offshore teams is an advantage
- Ability to take ownership and work independently
