Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Practice Head – Atlassian Products to lead and scale our Atlassian practice. This role will be responsible for driving enterprise-wide adoption, innovation, and optimization of Atlassian solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering high-impact outcomes across teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Cloud Enterprise Solutions
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Atlassian cloud initiatives including migrations, implementations, and managed services.
- Drive adoption and optimization of Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud environments for enterprise clients.
- Build and mentor high-performing delivery teams across support, consulting, and engineering.
2. Product Management & Innovation
- Define and execute the Atlassian practice roadmap aligned with business strategy.
- Drive innovation through emerging capabilities such as AI-powered workflows using Rovo and tools like Jira Product Discovery.
- Identify new service offerings, accelerators, and solutions within the Atlassian ecosystem.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver business-centric solutions and measurable outcomes.
3. Governance & Scaling
- Establish governance frameworks, best practices, and standards for Atlassian implementations.
- Oversee system architecture, configurations, integrations, and data management strategies.
- Ensure compliance, security, and performance optimization across platforms.
- Drive scalability of solutions to support enterprise growth.
4. System of Work Enablement
- Act as a strategic advisor to leadership and clients on improving ways of working using Atlassian tools.
- Enable cross-functional collaboration, operational visibility, and workflow efficiency.
- Reduce silos and fragmentation across departments through integrated solutions.
- Lead change management and user adoption initiatives.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in IT services, with strong exposure to Atlassian products and ecosystem.
- Proven experience leading large-scale Atlassian implementations and cloud migrations.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, Agile/DevOps practices, and collaboration tools.
- Experience in building and scaling practices or business units is highly preferred.
- Atlassian certifications (e.g., ACP) are a plus.
