Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Team Lead to manage and drive a high-performing sales team.

The candidate will play a dual role — handling individual sales targets for the initial 2 months,

followed by team leadership responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be a strong people

manager with proven sales expertise, preferably in the EdTech or upskilling domain.

Key Responsibilities

● Initial 2 months:

○ Handle individual inside sales targets to understand Intellipaat's sales process,

offerings, and customer journey.

○ Contribute directly to revenue through lead conversion and consultative sales.

● Post 2 months:

○ Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Inside Sales Executives to achieve monthly

and quarterly targets.

○ Monitor team performance through KPIs and sales metrics, providing coaching

and performance feedback.

○ Develop and implement strategies to improve lead conversion and productivity.

○ Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to streamline

sales processes.

○ Drive motivation, training, and performance culture within the team.

○ Generate reports, analyze data, and present insights to management on team

performance and pipeline status.

Requirements

● Minimum 5 years of experience in Inside Sales, with at least 1–2 years in a team

handling role.

● Strong experience in EdTech / Upskilling / B2C consultative sales.

● Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales professionals.

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

● Data-driven approach to performance tracking and sales improvement.

● Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
